The project consisted of structural design of four residential cabins elevated above surrounding ground levels on suspended concrete floors, nestled in native forest in Punakaiki.

CLT was used primarily for the wall and roof structural systems.

The concrete floors were suspended on a grid of steel beams which were in turn supported by steel posts landing on 5m deep bored concrete piles.
