This partial 2-storey, 300m² structurally insulated panel (SIP) house is set in the majestic Queenstown back drop of Jacks Point.
Internally this home features recycled exposed hardwood trusses and is a passive home with a MAXRaft insulated slab system, Zehnder climate control system and Neuffer European triple glazed windows & doors.
The balcony outside the master suite floats from the exterior hardwood trusses and the schist cladding on one wing of the house extends to the interior to form the fireplace surrounds.
This zero energy input home fits with our passion for green design.
