The Crossing_

This $140 million retail, office, hospitality and carpark development, is an iconic rebuild project in Christchurch City, and an exciting part of the inner-city.

Engco’s services included design to the 7-level car park building, 4-level H&M building, and distinctive 4-level bubble building. 

The car park facilities are low damage using BRB technology and the office building has a NZ-first bolted end-plate moment resisting frame.

This is currently the largest private development in Christchurch since the 2011 earthquakes.
