In partnership with ENGCO's structural and geotechnical team, ENGCO's civil team completed design for all stormwater, wastewater and water supplies, all levels, pavement for heavy vehicles and accessibility design.

Web trusses spanned 50m with an apex height of 10.5m, allowing for a greater internal working height than standard. Approximately 1663m2 of pre-cast tilt panels and 4445m2 concrete yard & parking which was designed to take up to a 31T point load. In-house collaboration of all three disciplines of ENGCO resulted in exceptional efficiency.
