The development is affected by a 1%AEP flood event. Working in collaboration with the Architect and the City Council, the development is now protected from flood events.

ENGCO prepared a 3D ground model, from which were able to mitigate flood risk on the development site as well as flood displacement on neighbouring properties.

The 3D model optimised the earthwork by mitigating flood risk and ensured stormwater runoff is managed during all storm events.

Working with the local Community Board, the most cost-effective civil and structural design solutions have been proposed for the community development.
